According to the same statistics, about 80% of children are orphaned because their parents have been deprived of parental rights. Moreover, only a few of them later return to their biological families. Each year the office of the Children holds about a thousand raids in order to determine the living conditions and upbringing of children in "crisis families", working with parents.
Through this practice on the streets happened over the recent decline in the number of street children due to their timely withdrawal from the street or dysfunctional families (as if in 2005 the streets were taken 576 children, in 2009 only 89).
